Axiom operates on a credit-based payment system. Credits are the universal currency used to purchase services and licenses on our platform.

  • Minimum Purchase: 100 credits ($10.00 USD)
  • No Expiration: Credits never expire and remain valid indefinitely
  • Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts

2.3 Credit Usage

Credits are deducted from your wallet balance when you purchase services or licenses. The full credit amount is deducted at the time of purchase, not on a recurring basis.

5. Pricing and Currency

All prices on Axiom are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Local currency equivalents may be shown for convenience.

5.2 Currency Conversion

If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the charge at their current exchange rate. Additional currency conversion fees may apply.

8. Specialist Payouts

Specialists receive 80% of the transaction value for completed services. Axiom retains a 20% platform fee.

8.2 Payout Schedule

Specialist earnings are paid out according to the following schedule:

  • Earnings are held for 7 days after service completion for buyer satisfaction verification
  • Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays
  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 USD (or equivalent)

8.3 Payout Methods

Specialists can receive payouts to their connected bank account, depending on availability in their country.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are processed within 5 business days and returned to the original payment method.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

10.2 Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension. We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks and provide transaction evidence to card networks.
